Location: Phuket

Superior written and verbal communication skills in English
Proficient in Excel, Word and Fidelio or Opera system
Good inter-personal skill
Background of Reservations, FO, Sales and related experiences are highly desirable
Must be able to deal with all levels of personnel within the hotel and with the hotel guests.
Related industry experience – highly regarded
Knowledge of distribution channels
Good communication and training skills
